Heron & Gull Accessibility and Disability Support Statement
Accessibility
We have worked hard to make this site accessible and usable for people of all abilities and disabilities, including older people, and those with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor impairments.
To make things easier, we aim to:
• left-align text (except for tabular data)
• keep text on a plain background
• avoid jargon
• explain acronyms on their first use
• break up large blocks of information (use short paragraphs)
• accommodate the resizing of text
• provide consistent navigation
• provide consistent browser back button functionality
• be accessible to both keyboard and pointing devices
