We have the capacity and experience to manage health and care training contracts for large organisations including NHS integrated care boards, local authorities, and external agency partners.

Your staff may include teams of people employed for regular, clinical or home care duties, or who carry out more intensive care including rapid response or enablement.

To define your training needs, we’ll first spend time assessing your skills and competency priorities, the staff numbers involved, and any critical performance objectives. We’ll also listen to the long-term results you want to achieve, such as more positive comments from people receiving care, or improved staff retention rates.

We’ll then plan and present a training proposal, aimed at giving you value for money and measureable outcomes. The programme may comprise of one or several training courses run over a set time period. We can provide training at your workplace, or somewhere convenient for your staff.
