- When processing your personal information is necessary to administrate your course booking, bespoke course content, and course completion certificates.
- (Businesses and organisations only) We undertake direct marketing to businesses and organisations who we believe would reasonably expect to receive marketing post, emails, or telephone calls at their business address, relating to health and social care training services. For this processing, we rely on ‘Legitimate interests’ as our legal basis.

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure storage technologies and procedures to store, access and manage that information.
Analytics
When you visit heronandgull.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out such things as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
